​​To ensure fair access, we will review applications together after an initial window and prioritise those who would most benefit from attending and whose perspectives are important to the space (rather than using a first-come-first-serve basis).

 

A small number of tickets will be held for later requests. We will aim to make the first round of allocations in late May 2026 and the final round in August 2026
