Apply for a free ticket

We have a limited number of free tickets available.

To ensure fair access, we will review applications together after an initial window and prioritise those who would most benefit from attending and whose perspectives are important to the space (rather than using a first-come-first-serve basis).

A small number of tickets will be held for later requests. We will aim to make the first round of allocations in late May 2026 and the final round in late September 2026.

We ask you to complete an application form for children under 16, so that we have accurate numbers and dietary requirements. Please see Terms and Conditions.

We will allocate tickets in three tranches: 1) in late May and will inform you of the outcome by 31st May 2026, 2) in early August and we will contact you by 15th August 2026, and 3) in early September, about which we will inform you by 20th September 2026
